Matt Smiths last episode was amazing and i really enjoyed it. The only thing i didnt like was the regeneration,it was far too quick! It was so sad to see Matt go but im anxious to know what Capaldi will bring to the role...

It's really easy to follow. You just have to watch all of Matts episodes. Amazing regeneration! Cant understand why you wouldn't understand?

I loved the Time of the Doctor, the series continues to be the most creative, imaginative, and craziest thing on tv. I dont understand people that say it doesnt make sense?! Its science FANTASY - it has no rules or boundaries - thats what makes it so magical and wonderful. Its the gift that keeps on giving - here's to another 50 years of being on tv!

Once upon a time, not that long ago there was a rather brilliant TV series that genuinely scared the wit's out of it's young viewers and held the attention of their older, more cynical guardians. It was filled with dark, disturbing ideas and images that stayed with you well into the night and inspired you into thrilling play the next day. It gave you a sense of adventure like no other and opened you up to possibilities that other TV shows couldn't come close to. And even though the Special Effects weren't so special it made up for this deficiency with considerable imagination and skillful. theatrical slight of hand. Like all good theatre it was great story telling that was always about the experience of the audience and not about the individual ego's of the makers of the show. Unfortunately this series has become a travesty of its former self. Designed to whip along at a blinding pace giving the viewer no time to recover from one short, incomprehensible scene to the next it's as if they don't want you to see the feeble writing, the paucity of spirit and hollow acting that is now Dr Who. Maybe the skilful Mr Capaldi will bring some essential weight, inteligence and humanity to the role but with the current writer in charge of the show I doubt that will happen.

Matts last episode was a absolute disaster this show needs a new writer there was to many pointless things in this like capaldis first words regarding kidneys, matt ageing into a OAP, Karen returning, that weeping angle scene it was to crammed and bad writing! hopefully capaldi gets some good writing as all of the characters in the moffet era have all died at least once and been resurrected also that 13th doctor thing really ruined the show!

Matts last was a total dogs breakfast of a story. How on earth a 7 year old is supposed to understand it. Us 40-something's stood no chance too.
