This season is a massive up turn in form, especially after season 8 was so flat. Can't wait for season 10.

i have been a doctor who fan since i was two and a half i have all the doctor who episodes dating back to the shows first apperance in november 1963. My complaint is it is now becoming a statement of comercial branding as it seems more and more expensive to purchase these episodes and i am better of getting them second hand from a local entertainment exchange. Just think £21.99 is a bit expensive i love this show more than ever and am a president of a doctor who fan base, I love this show more than ever but struggle to stochmach the price please make it about the fans again instead of a way to make millions and millions a year.

A fantastic series, amazing actors and a brilliant series finally. Well worth the £24.99. I have been a fan of Doctor Who since the series revival in 2005 and I watched every single episode since then. Peter Capaldi is one of the best Doctors since David Tennant. Jenna Louise Coleman is one of the best companions since Amy Pond. WATCH, WATCH, WATCH, WATCH, WATCH, WATCH this series most definitely.

When I first started to watch this season, I felt that it was in the middle of okay and awful as Moffat's main weaknesses were shining through a lot. Gradually the series went further and further down hill with the Maisie Williams episodes which really disappointed me a lot as I was expect a little more. However, the following 2-Parter episodes, I felt, picked the season back up again, until the next stand alone episode. After being at my wits end with this on and off business with this season I felt like I should move on however, sticking with it was the best decision of my life as the last three episodes for me I can count as a 3-part episode which they are all counted as singular episodes also. I felt that this was the best last 3 episodes to be seen on doctor who so far, me hunch showed exactly Moffat's strengths making me forgive the badly done episodes before. Overall this season of Doctor Who has been very well crafted with some crappy episodes but in the end they were needed when you come to think of it. So for the bad episodes I have decided to give it a four star rating. Although I would happily buy the last three episodes on their own.

Fantastic quality of the episodes and great extras but episode two still hasn't been uploaded despite it now being a week since broadcast. I note that the US iTunes puts up pretty quickly so puzzling as to why episode uploads take a while here.
