Description

    The best (all right, perhaps the second best) Doctor, some fun encounters (including a pre-Harry Sullivan Ian Marter) and all the production values of early seventies Who - fabulous! What's not to like? Well, the music is as annoying in this as many of the Pertwee Whos. And those shaky sets and 1970s camera tricks are pretty awful. But then this was made in the days when the Beeb didn't actually like 'Doctor Who' all that much and certainly didn't think of it as a cash cow. Now there's an idea - a time machine that takes the budget of New Who back to the prog's golden age... wow!!!! Anyway enjoy!
