    An alien space ship lands on Earth, it's inhabitants, the Axons, appear friendly and eager to trade with Earth. The mystery begins when a dead man's body is found near the ship and crumbles into dust. With UNIT under arrest by the British Army; the Doctor, Jo and the Brigadier prisoners; can anyone find out what the Axons are up to? If they are so friendly why is the Master their prisoner? Can the Doctor overcome the Axons? Or will he choose to ally himself with the Master to escape from Earth and the Time Lords imprisonment forever? Meanwhile the Claws of Axos burrow themselves deeper into the Earth... A good story - well worth watching...
