The final hunt is underway! Wesley Snipes is back in the war between the living and the dead in the last part of the Blade trilogy. Far in the wilderness, the vampires manage to bring the creature that has created their entire race to life - Dracula (Dominic Purcell). The bloody apocalypse is imminent, and Blade (Snipes) has to ally with the daytime gangs, a brutal group of vampire killers, to withstand the horde of living dead, while a blind scientist works feverishly to create a virus that can send the creatures of the night in the grave forever.
