    Yes, the title may seem hyperbolic, but this is really one of the greatest comedies shown on tv for a few decades. This is the Yes Minister of the Blair generation. Fantastic acting from a great bunch of actors (Peter Capaldi in one of his finest ever roles). One point to note though, this isn't actually the 2nd series, just the final 3 episodes of the 1st.
