Description

    sort it out apple. thats a pretty expensive price. i reckon you would be taking a fair amout of money from these if you priced them the same as the high street, but you haven't. your loss : )

    The Public, on a mission to expose a high level conspiracy to put massive price mark-ups on all media: but the corporation isn't listening. Now we know how those two agents feel. It's a cover up. I agree that CFox and Apple are exhorbitant, but i'll still download the first episode and then head down to HMV to buy the whole series for £20 later on. There's a mystery I need to download in the time it takes to make tea and obviously that's where iTunes is brill. Instead of wasting keystrokes, you can always save around £80 for the entire X-filology by walking to the shops!

    The price for a whole season seems ridiculous, especialy in comparison to the DVD's normal prices (ie £12 for a boxset) Where as, the price of an individual episode is pretty reasonable taking into acount that a music video is the same price but for much less running time( 40 minutes less!)

    I must agree with the previous reviews stating the exceedingly high price- furthermore, in the US iTunes Store, they are now selling seasons 1-6 at, in the stores own words, 'A specially discounted price'. Will this happen here? If so, I would then be tempted to buy the season, otherwise, no way....

    This is just ridiculously expensive. You can either have £33 for a single series, or pay £75 for the whole collectors edition thats the full 9 series and extras across 60 dvds... There is no justification for the price, and Apple are just pricing themselves out of the market in this case.
