    I am a huge of the games and I felt that this was a very good representation of the game , Movies based on video games have had a long history of being badly represented ( Like Mortal Kombat Annihilation - Dont even get me started ) but this awesome , Characters was well portrayed, Special effects was very good and the story was well handled including the very fitting soundtrack , I would certainly recommend this .

    I've always loved the Mortal Kombat series of games, and this is about as close as you're going to get to a decent representation of a fighting game. All the characters from the first game are present (Liu Kang, Johhny Cage, Sonya Blade, Kano, Scorpion, Sub Zero, Reptile, Goro and Shang Tsung) as well as a few from the other games. The Plot also closely follows the first game: Shao Khan and his sorcerer Shang Tsung want to invade Earth realm, but in order to do so has to win 10 straight tournaments against the Earth realms champions. They've won 9.... this will be the deciding tournament.
