Edit: A decent film and the last of the ‘Resident Evil’ films that I have enjoyed. Thank you so much for adding the English CC subtitles and the AD audio description, so that everyone can enjoy this film now. It is greatly appreciated by those of us that do not have good hearing and do not have good eyesight. I have now added the two stars that I removed, to give the maximum 5 star rating. I would rate this film 3 stars. The 5 star rating helps a little to balance out the undeserved 1 star ratings for this film. ========== The last of the ‘Resident Evil’ films that I have enjoyed watching. I have removed a star because AD audio description is missing, and I removed another star because there are no English CC subtitles. Please add AD audio description and please add English CC subtitles for those of us that are not blessed with good eyesight and good hearing. If you add AD audio description and English CC subtitles, I will add a star for each of them and leave a 5 star rating.

I have like a lot of you been seduced by the 4K Apple TV and the upgrades from HD to 4K . Firstly unless you have enough broadband speed , which I have, the best you will achieve is HD and if you haven’t got these titles on Blu-ray, then these are a good purchase. As well as having the enjoyment of watching them on your iPhone or iPads or a Mac, but note, in HD only. The average 4K film to purchase on disc is over £20 , so it very appealing, to see advertised 4K films here for under £7. I am enjoying the 4K experience and have purchased a few from the store. But and this a big but, most 4K films here won’t upscale your existing Blu-rays and secondly most are in letterbox format . So I suggest don’t go cheap and try to upscale your existing Blu-ray Discs or purchase here a new 4K film, over a new Blu-ray Disc of the same price , because you think it’s going to show a better picture and because it’s cheaper than buying a 4K disk. I’ve learned my lesson and will happily upgrade some of my old dvds to these cheap 4K films, but in future if I want true 4K and no letter box, then I will bite the bullet and fork out the expense for the disc.
  • Oh wow, how bad is this?

Firstly for a final chapter this doesn’t look like a last one at all. Movie is Jjust plain terrible. Story is a mess full of very questionable decision making, no real monsters are part of the plot, stupid characters in idiotic combat fights. For a 99p rental you’d better spend it at a pound shop.

I have watched all the Resident Evil films and this one feels like a low budget knock off. Certainly enjoyable but at certain points ignores the plot devices of previous films or changes them in order to save money.
  • A waste of £4.95

I rented this movie, love Milla and Paul Barber is awesome but this mostly entertaining movie was far too cheesy! Some great effects and thin plot line offered little suspense and few surprises. If you like Living Dead and corny one liners then this is for you!
  • Awesome As Always

Greatly disappointed about how it ends. Big let down to the franchise.
