Brilliant movie and reminds you back the best of the 80's...

There were 2 80's movies featuring commerce of the time. This was the standout with a powerful oscar winning performance from Michael Douglas who clearly enjoyed his role. There was an equally great movie which was comedy driven 'Trading Places'. Both movies feature financial exploitation for gain, both films feature inside information and other traits. Things have indeed moved on and the obvious look of the film has dated but have the methods or motivations of the story the movie is conveying across? This film is recommended highly as it is now a true product of it's time like looking through a window at a time of excess, greed, shoulder pads and big hair!

Classic 80's movie that is a must have for any serious iTunes movie collector. Superb plot and wonderful performances by Douglas, Sheen Senior and Terence Stamp. AAA rating, unlike the the majority of most western economies right now.

Rented the hd version of this, and it freezes at 43 minutes. Want to see the end of it now but don't want to pay all over again and who knows if it'll even work then. Cheers iTunes.

One of the greatest movies ever made. Great characters played by great actors. I'm only 28 and saw this for the first time today. I'm blown away by it and can't stop thinking about it.
