Soldier

Set in a future where soldiers are trained from Birth, Kurt Russell plays a soldier who is superseded by more advanced units. After being dumped on a barren planet, he is forced to defend natives from the same soldiers that replaced him. The stunts are fun, the sets interesting, with some good hand to hand combat, and over the top, futuristic guns. It is certainly no sci-fi classic, but was filmed in a fun way, and has many fun moments. One I would watch again, and a rare chance to see Kurt Russell in a Rambo style role.

A classic in the genre of nonsense movies, which can by found for the princely sum of 25p at most car boot sales. Please don't waist your money.
