Worth noting the directors Cut is in the iTunes extras of this version, to save buying Both. Second best original cast Star Trek movie.

The Undiscovered Country is a great send-off to an excellent cast. Well acted, strong plot line and great action. Highly commended film.

Like my title says, this movie was sooooo awesome! I didn't realise that Sulu was the captain of another ship (U.S.S. Excelsior)!!!! You know, I never felt sorry for the Klingons in the first place! And I was right not to! Seriously I think Kirk was right saying that they were animals. But whatevs!😛 This was a totally amazing film and any Trekkie will ❤️ it!

It's not like anybody dosnt know what to expect, it is what it says on the can, and it's not Deep Space Nine..... Ergo it's top-notch Star Trek fair, and it will not disappoint. Enjoy.

This is the original cinema version. The extra scenes with Colonel West were restored when the movie was released on video. It doesn't deflect from the plot, but Trekkies will be disappointed. Still a great film!

The original Star Trek cast return in this their final film together and it's by far one of the best of the six. With a fantastic turn by Christopher Plummer as the klingon general Chang this film has it all. Great performances by all involved, some great special effects that still hold up to todays blockbusters and a superb score. A film that even those who aren't great fans of Star Trek can enjoy and a truely great send off for the original Enterprise crew.
