I had already bought the HD version of this film. Where is my free 4K upgrade I was promised?

Previous owners of the film get screwed. Scam.

Apple claims that if you buy a movie in HD and a 4K upgrade of that film gets released on iTunes they will give you the best version. However my version (seems like many others didn’t either) didn’t receive the upgrade and is still HD. If this is the publisher dictating they won’t do the upgrade apple should take the stance and say well we won’t re-list your film unless you agree to offer this new version to previous owners as that is our policy. I will think twice before purchasing movies here now if this is going to become the norm, well done publisher and apple 👍🏻

Where is the 4K upgrade? Bought this years ago me and probably many thousands more and now we are not getting 4K! Apple promised everyone who bought a hd film would get a 4 k upgrade when it became available.

How am I even able to buy this again iTunes?!? Nothing short of criminal…

Im getting heartily sick and tired of seeing films getting relisted and people posting “get over it” or “stop moaning” as if people who feel ripped off are somehow being unfair or overly critical. If you buy something and part of the t&c’s is free upgrades, then relists are totally and utterly wrong…

I would be buying this is it was in UHD 4K but keep checking back and it still hasn’t happened? The film is one of the best ever made however.

I pAid and downloaded this movie and now I am meant to pay again to watch it...crap itunes

Everyone’s moaning about the relist, I could understand the moans if it disappeared from your library but it’s still there. Yes it’s been relisted but there’s been a change of studio ownership from Lionsgate to Paramount who now have worldwide distribution rights to the entire Miramax library.
