When you think of how many people this script had to go through and how many people signed off on the final edits, jokes (I use that term loosely) etc, it’s actually quite staggering it ever got made, but alas, here we are!
  • Not as popcorn as the 2000 remake, but fairly good fun from act 2

This is Charlie’s angles for the #metoo generation. Worthwhile male characters are either bad guys, or killed off by the end of act one - you can see early on that this does have a target audience; and it misses the mark as far as I can tell. That having been said, it’s pretty good fun to watch (most of the time. It’s outright cringeworthy in some places, and you can tell some of the players are channelling their respective counterparts from the first remake ). It stands on its own and sets this up as a proper franchise - hopefully any sequel will learn The obvious lessons.

I originally gave this no stars. But I was being unfair and decided to give it a go, expecting it to be bad... But. Shock! I acuually enjoyed it. It’s fun, sassy and I’m sorry that I was too caught up in the orginal Angels. I stick to Farrah being the best but I wouldn’t mind seeing a sequel of this movie. End below my orginal review. But before you do. Please this this a chance, I’m glad I did. Sorry but I grew up watching the original Angels with Farrah Fawcett. None of the actresses come any where near her, as Farrah was the best. If you want to watch Charlie’s Angels, then watch the first season, especially the episode Angels in chains, which to this day is still considered the best episode of them all. These actresses do their best but it doesn’t work, it’s too far fetched.

No better than a high school drama club performance. Poorly acted, badly times jokes and as wooden as the rain forest. Id normally give a film like this a ‘Sunday Afternoon Film’ rating but its not even that good
  • if i could give it 0 then i would

Great film, it’s not like the original but I really enjoyed it. I don’t know why people don’t like it. It’s funny, girl empowerment. It’s brilliant.

Unwatchable. We didn’t finish it. Only person with charisma was Kristen Stewart. It was cringe. Bad but not in a fun way.
