Description

    Terrible, terrible film. It's reminiscent of Dawson Creek's verbal diarrhoea monologues, prepare to cringe.

    Very funny, clever dialogue and original plot. Interesting leading lady and a great actress. Great Gerwig also charming as always. A must-see!

    If you like the previous films from director Noah Baumbach (imagine a cross between Woody Allen and Wes Anderson) then it's a fairly sure thing that you'll like this one. Although Mistress America isn't as good as the fantastic Frances Ha from a couple of years ago, it's still a funny, interesting film that's full of memorable characters who are both equally endearing and annoying. Not for everyone, maybe, but that's a good thing.
