Quite surprised I actually enjoyed this movie.

I love the film

This was a great movie, really enjoyed it and it was full of action. I can't stop watching it! One point was a wee bit racist but that is my only complaint.

If you were a boy in the 80's that loved video games, then this is your nostalgia laced action comedy to enjoy 🙂

It was on cheap rental, downloaded for a last minute family night. Got the takeaway in and enjoyed the film....we all had some laughs. You've probably got to be either under 13 or over 45 to enjoy it. A good night had by all.

adam sandler does not spend the majority of this movie shouting. that in alone makes it worthy of your attention. lots of nostalgia for those of us who grew up in the arcades of the 1980’s.

Why is Adam Sandler still allowed to make films as bad as this , he was a genuinely funny guy many , many years ago but this is just offensive to every sense you could have , and not even funny offensive in a good way either like South park or Mr Baron Cohen . Some of the 3D battle scenes are sort of ok but what a waste of talent like Peter Dinklage and Sean Bean , having them in the same scene with a Game of Thrones reference would have maybe been funny... Sadly I can't un watch this repulsive waste of time , I honestly stayed with it and I gave it a chance just in case it became better at the end but was let down. I'm sure there is a market for this sort of film , as seen in the numerous positive reviews. You have been warned.

Good idea with the old arcade games and bringing them to life. But the jokes aren't funny and it is really cheesy and makes you cringe. Acting is okay, not brilliant. This should had been made a P-G, not a 12 because It would have been ideal for kids! Conclusion: 2.5-3/5 Particularly boring kids film. Not a must watch! But you would probably bare to watch it'.

Good grief that wasnt good. And it WAS such a good idea!! Good actors - just awful parts - bad script - someone elses review pointed out it was sexist and they were spot on. Token woman thrown into a one dimensional part - with two others standing around looking pretty. Even the kids noticed! Bleuch. Not to be repeated!

I loved it so much. Made me laugh several times. Definitely recommend it for all Adam Sandler fans out there! Cons: Sexist, racist and a bit offensive. But overall great film definitely recommend it. Rating for me: 20,000 strs out of 10 strs h
