Black Sails, Season 1

The topic is old hat, but the execution of this tale of piratical adventure is first rate. Production values like set, scenery and effects is excellent, the writing that underpins the story and character arcs is compelling and the acting is very well carried off by the whole cast. My only "criticism", such as it is, is that there really are too many beautiful people for what would have been a manky, harsh and scaborous environment. Almost all the men are lantern-jawed with bulging muscles and the women are ridiculously gorgeous with wall to wall pert and accessible breasts. Still, if that's the worst of it, well worth downloading!

roll with it! pilot ok, 2nd episode great by 3! your a press ganged shipmate and laughing at the insider jokes of modern day accounants whom where also pirates but still bloody annoying. great characters, over the top violence and fun. get on board you won’t regret this voyage. :) really enjoying it
