Description

Young, beautiful and deliciously daring heiress and competitive race driver Penelope Pitstop zooms to glory all over the world in her bright pink race car in this animated series from Hanna-Barbera Productions. Whether plummeting to earth with a sabotaged parachute or strapped to a runaway stagecoach on a direct collision course with a train, Penelope is always hurtling into danger, because her guardian, Sylvester Sneekly, is actually the Hooded Claw, an arch villain determined to inherit her fortune. Too Expensive

I think £1.89 is more than enough for an episode of a TV programme of 45 minutes or more. For a short cartoon it is simply outrageous. When the price comes down, I'll reacquaint myself with Penelope and The Hooded Claw.

Great to see penelope again. The only way to get Apple to lower prices is a national day of no purchasing. I love my ipod and would happily buy more but cannot afford to. 30th March iTunes No Purchase Day.

Great series. But hang on. Lost = £1.89 per episode, 45 mins long Penelope Pitstop = £1.89 per episode, 20 mins long Sort your pricing out.

I don't mind paying premium for good quality hardware from Apple, but content is another matter. I can't believe that a company that enjoys such a positive relationship with its customers then charges them nearly £2 for a cartoon - I feel really let down and betrayed. Yet again we are punished for not pirating and being honest and paying up for content. Apple, go and have a focus group on pricing before your greed and contempt for your own customers starts to affect sales on other product lines.

start with the good this is my fav cartoon of all time, have this on dvd, must by for all people a timeless classic. The bad part paid same price as dvd (shame no extras) must agree with most people why we in the uk get charged the most for all itunes products ie this would be $7.50 so where paying twice the amount so where paying a total of $30.00 for you usa owners.

Would love to buy loads of these and other cartoons but they are simply too expensive! Just bought a Josie and the Pussycats n would love more but I ain't got tht much money! Lower the prices iTunes!
