One of the best films of 2013. The difference between living and life is captured brilliantly - right to its tragic conclusion. If you follow extreme sports, you will love it - If you don't - you'll still love it!

This film reflects in every way the quote above. Shane lived life to the full, pushing the boundaries and exceeding all that his peers believed possible. Becoming possibly the greatest skier of his generation. This beuatifuly edited film takes us on a journey from Shane's childhood all the way through to his sad passing in 2009. It takes an intimate look at both the private and public life of possibly the greatest skier of his generation. From Shane's early childhood, the seperation of his parents, the influence of his Dad and the dreams he aspired too but never reached. The film is a candid look at his progression and the discovery of his true purpose in life, to entertain and inspire. Shane was a true adventurer, pioneer and entertainer, who enriched the lives of those he met. For anyone with an interest in Skiing or BASE jumping this film is a must watch, a final tribute to a man that was willing to give his life for the sports he loved. "I'm Shane McConkey Dammit, AND I'M NOT. DONE. YET."
