Description

Viewed at a distance, the world of mountain biking is a disjointed network of seemingly similar but disconnected communities. Freeride. Downhill. Big Mountain. All Mountain. Dirt Jump. Slopestyle. A sport of individuals, equally defined by their many differences, as the common threads that bind. And while our story doesn't follow a straight line, we all end up in the same place. Tire to ground, foot to pedal, hand to bar – communities drawn together by trails of dirt. A new action sport documentary, Strength in Numbers is a rally call to connect all mountain bikers, regardless of location or language or discipline. The film captures a true way of life, from the world's best pros to those who are just learning to love the sport. Shot over two years in some of mountain biking's most iconic locations, Anthill's signature style combines compelling stories with core action to create a shared experience that unites all riders. The videography was great, but not earth shattering and I didn't feel any of the segments were really given long enough for the quality of the film making to shine. Quite an expensive way to spend £10 if you ask me, as 50minutes isn't very long for a film these days. So to sum up - Although I'm glad it supports the film makers who put a lot of work into this movie, it's not long enough and £10 is too much. But it is definitely worth a watch.

This video shows you all the different ways mountain biking has taken over the years. From trail riding championships, to cross country riding high in the mountains, to free riding in Utah pulling huge tricks. Whether you're into mountain biking or not, Red Bill Media House has once again backed a winner, producing another visually stunning sports film guaranteed to astound and inspire.

As an owner of "From the inside out", "Follow Me" and "Concrete circus" I can safely say this The best film in my MTB collection. Full HD is beautiful, a spot on balance between documentary sections and riding shots. The hi res slow motion captures are jaw dropping. There's something for everyone in this film, from Dirt Jumping, Cross Country to Downhill. There's even some aspects of riding some will never have seen or even thought about. The soundtrack alone will make any avid rider want to get out on their steed immediately. I will almost guarantee you will not be disappointed spending the money on this movie - the only foreseeable situation would be if you literally had no eyes (pun intended), or if your pastimes consisted of chowing down the local takeaway 7 nights a week and you accidentally clicked buy. And then confirmed the buy. Hell i'd be amazed if the aforementioned fast food connoisseur was still not motivated to get out on a bike. The bottom line, a definite must for all MTBrs.
