Paranormal Activity 3

In the trailer, the film looks pretty good- the bloody mary part was what looked good. But it wasn't even included in the film!!!! There were a few jumpy parts, but had no substance at all. The storyline didn't really go far, and it ended in a dull and disappointing way. Kind of like the other two films.... at the time you feel tense watching them but soon realise that there isn't much substance at all.... just a few objects and doors moving around basically.

Bad movies are great. I personally enjoy bad movies. This was an idea that obviously could only work once, anything else can only be a torturous flogging of the idea. It's really a no-brainer to release another sub-low-budget to drag in a few more views. Giving some credit to the filmmakers, there are good parallels with the actual originators (two sisters) of the real poltergeist myth in the 1800's but that's as far as deep as the fun goes. and so, unfortunately I strongly advise moving past this one unless you've some serious housework to keep you entertained during this one and a half hours of fetid air. Bad movies are indeed great but this one promises to be simply poor. Keep enjoying movies everyone and stay calm kids, remembering that a trailer is an advertisement, not necessarily a clip show of the entire movie like we tend to see too often these days.

Absolute robbery, nothing like the trailer.

I was 13 when I saw this at the cinema and was only truly shocked once (Spoilers) when the wife jumped out with a mask as a joke. The ending was very poor and I felt very disappointed and most scary attempts made me laugh. My personal favorite bit was when they go to hide in the shed and theres a load of evil old people that chase them. Overall bAd film not recommended

The trailer is so mis-leading, no real shocks to be had and a poor ending. Worth a watch just to say you've seen it but that's about it.

The trailer is misleading but overall a great film! Alot of shocks not as in scary but as in piecing together the story line.. Ready for paranormal activity 4 which will explain unanswered questions! Overall a great great film!

rented this film and it did not live up to the trailer that was showed. The trailer was actually better than the whole movie. I want my money back!!!!

FOR GOD SAKE, DON'T WATCH THE TRAILER! If you do you will be disappointed.....that is until they bring out the version that includes the more narrative horror we're use to with hollywood (ie the stuff in the trailer). If you liked the previous films, then you'll like this. Solid paranormal activity, without the jumping in your seat, and which went a little way to explain the future events. The ending does leave you with the sense there is more to come. Hopefully the slight fraud that has occurred with the trailer won't be repeated. I've seen worse.....but a bit disappointing.....could have been a good trilogy.

Watched the trailer before buying the film to make sure it looked as good as I had been told it was, seemed fine. Watched the film and was really disappointed to find nothing in the trailer was actually in the film!!!!!!! DO NOT BUY THIS FILM not sure if when you buy it in store it is any different but the iTunes version is crap!!!!!

What a wast of time, the trailer is so misleading and the film is totally a waste of time. Glad I was sat watching this and chatting to a friend at the same time. Would not recommend to anyone!!!!!
