Sucker Punch

I was unsure of the trailer but picked it up anyways. I like gothic things but this is one of those cases where you watch the trailer first. Story: Just what the actual poop? It was intriguing but it had very little sense. How does this fantasy thing happen and how do the girls get involved? The plans are basic and it would've been fun to make them tricky. But the last third the screenwriters have lost it. The tone is uncertain but the theme of abuse is very depressing and some key plot times are just uncalled for. Characters: The acting is alright. But characters are sterotyped and some of the girls get no introduction at all. Villians over the top. Design: Start sequence was brilliant and battle CGI wonderful. Costumes weirdly cool. AVOID!

Totally different to anything else. Great film

I would recommend this to anyone who loves an action-packed fantasy sub-genre with a twist/edge to it! Ever since I viewed the trailer I'd done all I could to see the real deal and it impressed me even further. There's also a Björk soundtrack within the movie so that's a bonus! <3

The only reason this film has a bad rating is because the people who reviewed it were too dumb to understand the message behind it. I swear if you take time to understand this amazing film, when you watch it, not only will the visual effects and brilliant soundtrack blow you away, but the plot will too.

i dont know what people think about movies and what they want from them although your lucky to be alive on this planet so i support all who try and even those who dont we all want the same thing survival and to not die alone so here it is. this movie changed my live it made me want more from myself and to get a goal which,is a lady who wants or even supports the same aspects from live as i found out(love, share & many more) that i wanted from myself and others. this movie was..life changing for me i mean the movie at the start set the tone for all those who aint got the care and attention that some people had from parents but shows others that it dosent matter you can still make it for yourself and show your kids better than what you had, but to also teach the value of what they have go.t i didnt get the best start but am making 1 hell of a finsh lol. so this movie summed up has no words.. just watch and think some random actualy changed his live around to start a fresh because knowing hes trying to make a diffrence!! can you say you did? ask who helps out the goodness and for nothing not even a cup of tea. thanks for reading il give you a heads up i wrote this when i had a few drinks just didnt think much of anyone elses comments thought you should see some truth in a fact that started off fictional

I thought that the special effects were amazing and the action scenes were conducted beautifully. The plot on the other hand was garbage to put it mildly. The trailer shows the only good parts of the film, all two minutes of them. Really disappointing.

Brilliant. Its the only word to describe this film.

Why are people giving this a bad review its emotional and got loads of action i loved this film i think it deserves 5 stars not 1
