In this 11th film of the series, Agent 007(Roger Moore) is assigned to investigate a hijacked space shuttle. Along the way, he joins forces with NASA scientist Holly Goodhead (Lois Chiles), and discovers a plot by evil industrialist Hugo Drax to take over the world by destroying Earth with nerve gas, then breeding a super race in outer space.
