I downloaded what I believed to be 'My Sister Eileen' (1955) starring Jack Lemmon, Janet Leigh and Betty Garrett just over a week ago ahead of a visit by my grandma. There is no other version currently advertised for sale on iTunes UK.
I just went to play grandma one of her all-time favourite films ... only to find that it has been wrongly labelled. Instead of the film I ordered, I have received a black and white 1942 version of 'My Sister Eileen' starring Rosalind Russell. There's a good chance that it's a better film (cf The Philadelphia Story and High Society), but it's not the one my grandma likes... it certainly doesn't have any of the actors listed, any musical numbers, or any Bob Fosse choreography!
Have complained to iTunes about the mislabelling and am waiting to hear whether the 1955 version is available.
