    Character development is glossed over in a movie that would have benefited from it. There were some jarring script and storyline choices too - the homoerotic overtones in Snipes and Payne's relationship a prime example of this. Overall though an enjoyable watch. If you like undercover crime stories you'll definitely enjoy this.
