Description

Six unemployed men, inspired by a touring group of male strippers, decide they can make a small fortune by putting on a striptease show of their own - with one small difference.   • Beware - not the UK version

    This is a great film of course, but if you’re buying this from the UK then be aware what you will get is the US version with various overdubs of what I assume are regarded as ‘Britishisms’, so for example the reference to DIY is replaced by ‘How To’ and Barclaycard overdubbed to ‘MasterCard’. Might not bother everyone but it put me off having seen the ‘real’ version before.

    apple why are you selling full screen versions this was and is still available in wide screen please sort this out most people i.e. 99.9999999% have wide screen 16:9 and want the original version as we now live in the digital age as you were the pioneer of this gasp!

    I adore this film- it has everything you look for in a film, good actors, comedy, serious plotline, the lot. Robert Carlyle does a fantastic job in this and I recognize places where it was filmed everytime i watch. It is genuinely a great film, with catchy tunes and hilarious moments. You can watch again and again and again it will still be a hit in 2028 I bet you!! BUY

    This film is simply divine. The cast are superb and superbly cast. The soundtrack really helps to move the film along. And whilst the subject matter seems uninspiring - it is brilliantly executed, a very well woven tale within a tale. The soundtrack is another 'must' purchase. Buy it, watch it and love it.
