Description

When Dick Harper (Jim Carrey) is terminated as Globodyne Corporation's VP of Communications, he assures his wife, Jane (Tea Leoni), he'll find another job in no time. Months later, their lawn is repossessed, Jane has sold her body to science, and Dick's career as a day laborer ends with his deportation to Mexico. Madder than ever and not going to take it anymore, Dick and Jane turn to the fastest-growing sector in the white-collar job market - armed robbery - as they become upscale suburban Robin Hoods, stealing from the rich and giving to the poor - namely themselves.

    This film is full of light hearted humour and one of Careys best so far. The parts when he goes on a crime spree with his wife are hilarious so ignore the humourless idiots who don't get the humour and watch it for the low price. It's well worth the rental fee.

    This film is probably not Jim Carrey's best movie ever, and the storyline is slightly unbelievable/overly exaggerated, but if your looking for a light-hearted, lots-of-laughs rental for the night, then I would recommend this film.

    Not greatly written and Judd Apatow has wrote ALOT better films. Theres one or 2 good moments and a very average ( below par) performance by Carrey It would be okay say if you had it for a flight or quick feel good travel film but not brilliant

    This is possibly the worst film I've ever seen! I think I actually fell asleep after 5 minutes! It was awful! If you have any sense, DONT WATCH THIS!

    it's okay, maybe okay to hire if your bored on a rainy day or stuck on a long haul flight, it's relatively funny, but don't expect too much and you won't be disappointed.

    This film is absoloutley hilarious NOT! if i could be bothered to sit up such a movie again i would be able to give you more detail, but i will deny myself the pleasure of SELF TORTURE again. not only do both actors not portray themselves as bad actors in a comedy movie, but they should try reappearing in a diffrent movie entitled 'The rat that drowned slowly whilst not bieng funny' Basically, there is no fun involved in this movie what so ever. The highlight of my viewing was pressing the 'eject' button on my remote control device at the end of the movie. If u want people 2 buy this, lower the price so we can buy something useful with the remaining money we have, like a remote with a bigger 'eject' button to give us more pleasure at the end of the movie !
