It has the makings of being a decent film, i have given it the one star as i felt it was completely ruined by Lee Evens.

Okay, so it may not be one of Jackie Chan's best films, but it's undeniable that 'The Medallion' is seriously funny! The Chan-ish fight scenes are just as good as any other film, and Lee Evans is simply hysterical throughout. Of all Jackie Chan films I've seen, this one definitly provided the most laughs. It's only downfall is the bad lip-syncing by some of the non-english speaking actors -- the audio is sometimes out of time with the movement of the actor's mouths and they often don't look like they're even attempting to speak english. Other than that, this is a brilliant film with first rate Evans humour. I cannot stress enough how funny Evans is. Definitly worth seeing.
