Having quit the law, marshal Frame Johnson moves to Cottonwood to settle down on a ranch with his sweetheart, Jeannie. But when a rash of cattle rustling threatens to drive out the decent townsfolk, Frame realizes that he must stop the corruption and restore law and order in Cottonwood, or no one will be safe.
