Stylish? Yes. Great soundtrack? Undeniably. Interesting premise? Moot point. But this isn’t anywhere as clever as it thinks it is. Interesting, but not a work of art.

I eagerly awaited the cinema release of movie and wasn’t disappointed. It's atmospheric, has a great storyline and accompanied by a brilliant soundtrack. You may have read some negative reviews however, I suggest you watch it for yourself and make up your own mind

The less that you know going into this movie - the more that you’ll enjoy it! Due to this, I won’t say anything about the story 🤐 The technical skills on display here are fantastic - editing, cinematography and choreography and all top notch! Superb acting and great story!

Not sure what this is supposed to be - a thriller? A musical? Magical realism? Paper-thin, stereotypical characters and some notably weak performances, along with a narrative that made little sense. It felt like it was attempting to recreate the hysteria of a Hitchcock movie without the intensity and subtlety to pull it off.

In most films we talk about the story etc first. With this film you cant. The reason is because this is a piece of art from the lighting, cinematography and then the music. They are all out of this world. Then when you talk about both the acting and story line. They too are of a quality rarely seen nowadays. This will probably go under a lot of peoples radar which is a shame. As this will be one of the best films of 2022.

No idea what it was about except that I generally really like Wrights work. Had no clue as to where the film was going at first and was a bit uncertain. Then it unfolded in to a ghost story with proper Italian 1970s gore. Omg. Excellent.

Heavily inspired by Dario Argento Giallo movies and Brain De Palma/Hitchcock who dunnits, this is a solid little thriller than isn’t quite a home run, but is well made with enough fun visuals and interesting set pieces to be worth your time. If you long for original cinema and fun new experiences rather than super hero’s, sequels and movies based on existing IP here it is!
