Baby Driver

In fact it is probably my favourite film of all time it is that good.

I gave this 4 stars because the good bits are so very very good. The first 1/3 of the movie is so well made, so stylish, and the music so well used. It's great. This carries us to the middle part, where so much more could have been done, but opps are wasted and characters left undeveloped, especially around the love interest and the back story of the hero's family. And then we get to the last 1/3rd - this makes no sense at all. It's a mess. Characters seem to change personality and motivation for no reason. Decisions are made that are illogocal. The inital message that was building so carefully at the start ends up in total confusion. Should you still see this? Yes, watch if for the first 40 mins - they are great. And then relax and watch the rest and figure out how they could have done it bettrer. A great exercise in what could have been a Hollywood cult classic. Maybe needs a remake...?

Just watched this film for a third time and felt compelled to leave a review. One of my favourite films of 2017. Awesome soundtrack too.

Action packed, car chases, great music, you name it

Best film I’ve seen in a long time! It’s very stylish, cool, quirky and original. Great story, and the action sequences are absolutely heart racing.

Amazing

Ridiculous, boring film that doesn’t go anywhere nor explain where it’s been. It’s as disjointed at Tarantino at his worst with characters that are neither likeable or interesting. Baby Driver is not the poorest film I’ve ever seen but is certainly one of the most over-rated.

It’s true what the critics say: the trailer looked better, the middle is boring but the acting is cool and the ending is AWESOME. The acting from bats is so good. Lucky for them they got this guy for the film

This is not 4K in any way, it’s just HD upscaled. Looks no better than the HD release. The film was shot at a much higher resolution but the studio has given us a crappy transfer. Please fix.
