On a desert ranch, Admiral Grant Wilson rules the Republic of Kallipoly with his family as his only subjects. His wife Candice tries to keep the peace, his daughter Savannah wants to run away, and his son Kyle is the good soldier, ready for a fight. When Raymond moves in next door, he discovers part of his land is behind Grant’s fence. Grant refuses to fix it, Raymond takes the claim to court, and the Wilson family goes to war. Grant and Kyle escalate their propaganda and military exercises, Savannah works to sabotage their plans, and Candice holds everyone together as long as she can, until it finally goes too far.
