These Guys offer no strings attached advice on how to "live better with less". This is advice that sits perfectly with my own values. The presentation of this documentary is a pleasure to watch and it's massages stay with you. What's not to like?

I got a lot of value from seeing this documentary. All the people featured come from many different backgrounds and economic classes. It helped me to see how minimalism can lead to a calmer more intentional life focused on relationships and the things that really matter and not the things we have been told matter.

...what society is doing to our minds. There are lot of thought provoking ideas out there about how the traditional ideas about how to live don't really deliver, and 'minimalism' is one of my favourites. I've been enjoying the podcasts, and the film did a good job at not being repetative. It was very entertaining watching their journey, from meeting one guy at their self-published-book signing to doing huge talks to sold out venues. Inspiring stuff!

This is more than a documentary, its a movement; a work of art. Watch this, and you will rethink the way you live forever! 10/10!

I have been listening to Joshua and Ryan's podcast for months and have read their work as well. Bringing minimalism into my life has had a great impact on my stress levels, which can often be high in London. This documentary portrayed the message through a different prism and despite being very familiar with their work, I felt it added value and new insight for me. I highly recommend it.

Since embracing minimalism (mostly inspired by these guys who made the film) I enjoyed this documentary in a big way! I have since referred friends to it and they are decluttering as we speak and on a no buy pledge.

Superb film that gets all the right messages across while being entertining and not preachy. I think they say it is all about "why to" not "how to" and this is what the film does....gets you thinking.

Inspirational!…I’ve been waiting for it to come out for a long time and it really was worth it. I’m interested in the concept of minimalism anyway but as a documentary it was visually enjoyable to watch too and I will definitely be suggesting it to my friends and family.

As a long time follower of The Minimalists, I watched the film without hesitation. Suffice to say, it lived up to expectations. A thoughtful and considered effort!
