Love the people complaining about lack of action. If you want that go buy Die Hard or Rambo. This is a films with good story and only uses action or violence when it needs to. Del Toro is superb in this.

I seldom give 5 stars but this film is amazing, the visuals, the sounds the acting the direction.Action packed from start to finish.

This is a great movie, well paced, atmosphericand and thoughtful with a good sound track. I have seen it three times.

Not for everybody, however it’s artful in its build up of tension, suspense and curiosity.

Why is it that so many contemporary Hollywood movies indulge in extreme violence and provide so little in the way of an engaging storyline? Never was so much money spent on so little.

It’s very hard to find films like this these days. 10/10 suspense thriller/mystery very realistic and masterfully shot. Couldn’t ask for more perfect movie to rent and for £3.49! Astonished.

I really wanted to like this film, the cast are all great actors, the plot idea is good and the most of the locations are gritty and perfect for the story But the whole thing just doesn’t gel, if feels disjointed and the acting feels like they just couldn’t be bothered It’s like an undercooked cake, everything is there but it’s ruined by not making an effort to finish it and rushing And the ending feels like they are just clocking off for the day Very disappointing Sorry

Top performances by all the stars on top of a great screenplay. One of those films I can rewatch very easily...and have.

I though this film was great, exciting full of on the edge of seat drama!! I really enjoyed it. I watched it last night and went to see the 2nd one today, just as good if not better!!

Brilliant movie...Gripping!!! It is a must watch.
