Primeval, Series 5

honestly i think Cutter was a much stronger character than Matt, as well as Douglas Henshaw being a better actor. but on the other hand having Matt being from where he is from(don't want to spoil it for anyone who doesn't know yet) added another level to the show. which i don't think Cutter could of brought, without the writers having Cutter live there for a period of time. which i think if they had done that it wouldn't be a strong script. also i thought Becker was a strong character in series three, fairly weak in series four, then a bit better this series but not as good as series three. although i have made these negative comments they are the only ones i can think of, except when Matt meets 'himself' at the end of the last episode because it is unlikely they're doing a sixth series it seems like a bit of a weird thing to do. back to the positives this is one of the only sic-fi shows i can think of which doesn't contradict it's self, throughout all five series. even doctor who contradicts it's self(in the water's of mars the doctor has the power to change fixed events but in the wedding of river song he doesn't). if your wondering about buying this series after the failed series four, it is defiantly worth it. but personally i think series two is the best of all five.

Towards the end of the last episode, my favourite part is when abby proposes to conner! They are just the perfect couple! Throughout all of the series, the story line just keeps getting better! When cutter died, it made me not want to watch it anymore because I couldn't face any one else dying! All of the secrets all the way through the series just makes you want to never stop watching! This is probably at least in my top 3 favourite tv series! Oh what I would give to see into the future and the past!

I was okay but I prefer the old characters but the last episode was just amazing all the others where alright

MY WORD I LOVE THIS SHOW!!! hence my name.. Becker, jess, connor and abi are legend!! i love lester and matts ok!! I HATE PHILIP!! but a suppose since hes a baddie your not ment to like him... Becker and jess are the best!!!! :) best show eva!! :) Just had to say if your a jecker fan like me then episode 4 is just spectactular and too good for words for the romance!!!! Watch it. Buy it. Seriously. BEST SHOW EVA!! Jecker is ma life!!! xx

I thought that the series has been getting better and better! The only negative is the caracters, the old ones were much better!

Fantastic show. Caught the first two episodes so far and Phillip is already up to no good. Looking forward to seeing Danny again soon. Come back Danny we miss you :'(

I've watched this show from the beginning, and in my opinion, it just keeps getting better. Great character development in the last two series, and I know there's great stuff to come too. Can't wait for more!
