  • Works best with volume down & favourite music playing

Tracy's dance routine consists of too many spins and too many pouts, but, the routines after by the other girls are way better as they're happier, bouncier and fun. Plus, for me, they walk you through them more clearly. Works best with volume down and favourite music playing. Puts you in a good mood.
  • Space and issue

Please be aware that you will need a space the size of a dance studio to follow this routine properly. If you watch the workout you even see the girls struggle to fit the moves in their dance studio. After a week of following and doing the workout which is fun i got fed up with kicking the sofa and bumping into things followed by then having to do half the moves on the spot in order to not destroy the place. I recommend doing the workout out side or on the beach or at home if you live in a warehouse.

The fact that the publisher didn't check the preview suggests that there has been lack of care and thought throughout this product. Was interested. Now I'm not.

  • Why??

The purpose of a preview is to allow us to see a snippet of the product to decide whether it's what we wanted to buy. Why have the 'preview' here as the first 30 seconds of the medical advice?
