Description

Stylish modern reworking of the classic 1960s TV series, The Prisoner. Michael has resigned from his job at surveillance firm Summakor, and now people are after him. On the day of his resignation, one minute he is in his New York apartment, the next he wakes in another place – a place known only as The Village. Here, there are no names, only numbers, the sky is blue and there is seeming peace and order, all overseen by the looming figure of Two. And for Two and everyone else in the Village, Michael is not Michael he is known as nothing but “Six”. Michael soon discovers this order is only surface thin, all is in the control of Two and more crucially, there is seemingly no escape. No matter how hard he tries.

Was enjoying the series until episode 3, which jumps constantly. Please fix.
When will the sound problems be sorted?

Like the previous reviewer I am upset, after paying to download the series, that episode 3 has out of sync audio and episode 4 has no audio whatsoever. When I emailed Apple they said they would look into it and sort this issue but it is now a month later and now word. A waste of £8.99 as I can't even watch episode 4 or the episodes after for obvious reasons. Really poor customer service here.

Nice series but the audio issues mentioned by so many others did spoil it. I managed to get a sort of refund for the episode with zero sound but I do feel the series pass should have been refunded instead.

Out of sync episode 3! Otherwise pretty good and totally relevant. Surveillance, brainwashing and wraps........... sounds like most English villages. Neighbourhood watch taken up a notch!

This is quite good. It makes a little more sense than the original, but it is still as strange. Epidsode Darling is now fixed (re downloaded it). If you have a problem with an epidsode, contact customer support. They will get back to you within 36 hours and will refund you. Still quite American, but some thought is required.

The Prisoner is Amazing  However i watched iit on tv Seems from the reviews of the ipod/ iPhone series that it is not of good quality ;( Shame :(

An interesting remake of the cult classic. It will intrigue and infuriate you in equal measure. However, iTunes have completely cocked up eps 3 and 4, rendering them unwatchable. Hence, 1 star and advice to avoid and buy elsewhere.
Great show but no sound

4 stars for show, zero stars for itunes delivery!!! I personally loved the show. If you like the David lynch, Philip k dick etc you like it. Paraniod surreal sci fi. But don't bother downloading from iTunes as ep3 sound is totally out of sync and ep5 has no sound at all. Would like my money back please Mr I. Tunes!
