    I got without reading the reviews , what a disappointment :( You have to look at her all the time because she gives very little to no instructions! At times I think she seems to be in her own world and forgets that she is supposed to instruct and engage with the viewers. You can’t never focus on your body and use power as she mentions because you never know when she has changed to some other exercise or sides, unless you look at her all the time! The standing abs is just a sorry excuse...There is no point for this workout. I dont understand how people give 5 starts to this. If you want to have a dancers body please try Sleek Technique, they are so much better and know their stuff and if you want to get fit quicker get Jillian Michaels she can motivate you until the end.

    this workout is very good but she has forgot one vital thing, you should always keep instructing all the way through otherwise you have to keep looking at the screen to see what she is doing we are not mind readers my neck was in agony after

    my friend had been advising me to do this work out for sometime..so after finally downloading it..wish i would have done it earlier!!after sweating and pumping at the gym every week. and seeing a slight improvement...i tried this i have done it 7 times in 9 days..i can feel the difference but not only that i can see the difference..which makes me want to do it more..a proper incentive ..& in school holidays when we don't get chance to go the gym!!thoroughly recommend it.

    A very good program, gets to work on your shape really quickly. I bought it to work on my arms but I'm finding the overall effect is really pleasing as well. Well designed, you don't need much space or equipment, which means you can take this workout absolutely anywhere. There's no bouncing around either, which is a major consideration if, like me, you happen to live in a flat. A little more information, either on-screen or in the audio track would be useful, but once you've done it a few times it becomes pretty straightforward.

    Get it now. She's a pioneer and visionary...this lady knows her stuff. All you need is a bit of space and commitment and the results happen fast. She seems to be able to pull all those wobbly bits in. Combine it with a bit of nutrition and you're out of the blocks and using muscles you didn't know you had. Tracey is ahead of her time and this workout is truly revolutionary. There has been much hype and it's all true. Brilliant. Best £7.00 I've spent all month.

    I think this is the best workout I've done so far (and I've done many over the years). She's gone one step further from the usual boring pilates and you can really feel ALL your muscles working. I started this prior to a holiday and after six weeks I had muscles like steel. you could see all the muscles in my legs, clearly defined and my torso was solid. I really struggled with the arm section but I'm sure if I'd have focussed on this more I would have seen amazing results. She's interesting, informative and crucially, not irritating. The music is great too. I'd highly recommend this for a quick shape up or to keep yourself toned. Amazing results.

    I have really seen results with this workout within 2 weeks ! It is great to have on your iPhone/iPod as you can do the workout anywhere. The only thing I would say is that she does not give enough instructions on how your positioning should be and the standing abs section takes a while to master. Well worth the money though !
