These lighthearted cartoons from the late 1960s were sometimes paired with animated Superman episodes for a full hour of heroic fun. Whenever they see the Bat-Signal flash in the sky, Batman and Robin swing into action to protect Gotham City from villains such as the Joker, the Penguin, the Riddler, and Catwoman. Other favourite characters include Alfred Pennyworth, Commissioner Gordon, Barbara Gordon/Batgirl, and Mr. Freeze. Voice legend Casey Kasem brings Robin's character to life.
