  • The price is outrageous

This is available on DVD for less than half what iTunes are asking. This seems to be a common theme for older stuff. I bought my Apple TV only to find that some shows are ludicrously priced. Play fair Apple. This is not right.

Great classic from the 70s, which holds up well today. Highly recommended, and less serious in content to the more cerebral 1st series.

Okay, not quite, but season two proves to be a lot more fun that season one. Catherine Schell is terrific as Maya, the shape changing alien, while Tony Anholt is fine as love interest Tony Verdechi. Plus, there's plenty of well know faces popping up in guest appearances, a great chicky chicky wah wah soundtrack from the disco era and amazing special effects from the team that went on to work on Alien and The Empire Strikes Back. At £1.89 it's far too pricey - take a leaf out of The TV Hulk's pricing structure powers that be - but that aside, this is great fun.
