    Star Trek as you might remember it (with modern SFX) thought I wasn’t a fan of two of the episodes. I found this much better than the later seasons of discovery which I got tired off. I liked Anson’s pike and the other characters. If your a Star Trek fan would definitely say worth watching. Good to see a more formulaic return to the Star Trek series.

    This is the best Star Trek series since The Next Generation! The cast, the writing the sets, the chemistry! All Perfect! In fact this might even be my favourite Star Trek series since the original! Love It!

    just seen episode 1 - it was awful so slow and boring - the actors look like they are made of wood with zero charisma no charm bothing to make you interested in them - this story was too flaky and nearly turned it off half way through but thought lets give it a chance - and even worse the PC messages in this so called fun series make it even worse - will try episode 2 in case episode 1 is just a one off bad one but will not buy anymore if it is as bad as the first episode - just awful

    What a great show. This really is a modern version of the original series, with impressive visuals, interesting characters and well-told storytelling. Anson Mount is superb as Captain Pike, with Ethan Peck as an equally brilliant Spock. As soon as I had finished watching I knew I must have it on iTunes, and was very surprised by the price - this is excellent value for money in my opinion. I couldn’t recommended it more.

    I became enthralled by Captain Pike from Star Trek Discovery season two and new of him from the original series in the Cage pilot and the only two parter episodes.Brilliantly played by Anson Mount this series is colourful,well written and pays respect to the original series and sets it’s own brilliant presence in the Star Trek franchise.Pike as a great crew and great stores too.I saw this originally on Paramount +.I shall be getting this on download at this great price.Highly recommended 👍👍👌👌
