Mortimer and Whitehouse: Gone Fishing, Series 1

Bob Mortimer & Paul Whitehouse are two of my all-time favourite comedians. To see them back on-air is a plus, but this series is truly refreshing for them and longtime fans. Both Paul & Bob have had major heart operations recently, and decide to recharge their batteries by going on a fishing holiday to various spots throughout Britain. The result is two old friends having a chill & a laugh, but for the viewer, it’s genuinely relaxing, hilarious, insightful & poignant. It’s another hit from the BBC and real easy-going. Fans of the two legends will love it, as will fishing enthusiasts and those who can relate to Bob & Paul’s real-life health scares.
