To those asking for HD...

These programmes were filmed on video, not film. It's not possible to upscale video shot at a certain resolution to a higher one because all you're doing is stretching the pixels out so it will be blown up but the same quality. These shows will never be available in HD because the technology wasn't around in the 1990s to shoot it in that way unless they had shot on actual film, which would have been ridiculously expensive. I'm glad the show is available though it's a shame it's not up as a full box set of all the episodes and specials.
Finally....but not HD?!

Finally the BBC have pulled their finger out and added the brilliant Vicar of Dibley to the iTunes Store....in SD. Why isn't this in HD?!? Ridiculous. Really not acceptable for new additions these days to be in SD. 5* content, 1* quality.
