Shooter, Seasons 1-3

Based on the best-selling novels by Stephen Hunter and the 2007 Paramount film starring Mark Wahlberg, the first three seasons of SHOOTER follow Bob Lee Swagger (Ryan Phillippe), a highly-decorated veteran and legendary marine sniper, who's coaxed back into action by his former commanding officer Isaac Johnson (Omar Epps) following the discovery of a plot to kill the President. Swagger's plan to keep the President safe quickly backfires when he learns that he was framed by Johnson, forcing him to go on the run while doing everything in his power to clear his name and protect his family. Bob Lee's story continues into Season 2 when another thread from his military past comes back to haunt him in the form of a storied assassin named Solotov (Josh Stewart) -- the same man who killed his partner and ended his military career. While Season 1 had Bob Lee working to save his wife and child, Season 2 has him gunning to protect the members of another family -- the marines he fought beside in Afghanistan. Season 3 picks up right where we left off. As Bob Lee struggles to put an end to the events of season two, a nemesis reveals mysterious details surrounding his father Earl's death, leading Bob Lee towards a startling conspiracy that hits close to home.
