Description

Recovered missing episodes of Doctor Who, the world's longest running sci-fi drama, have been re-mastered frame by frame from the original black and white 1960s film. The first recovered story is The Enemy of the World, the fourth tale of Series 5 which first aired on the BBC in December 1967. Patrick Troughton stars as both the Second Doctor and his antagonist Ramon Salamander, alongside companions Jamie and Victoria. On Earth in the near future, the Doctor and his companions are enmeshed in a deadly web of intrigue thanks to his uncanny resemblance to would-be dictator Salamander.

Im glad they found this story again because its one of, if not the best Troughton stories ever. Also, lets all just give Troughton a round of aplause for managing to play two roles in this. Truely amazing.
  • No upgrade?

In the land of movies, people who bought films last year or before get the 4K copy when released. This should be an upgrade for existing purchasers of Enemy. Also, why does the BBC not release all the Who content on iTunes, after the collapse of their BBC store experiment ?
