I have no knowledge of the comics. I hated the film. I loved this. It spoke to me as an adult. It looked superb, like a Marvel comic of the 1960s. Acting, directing, script and visuals were great. Any criticisms? None whatsoever.

Marvel have made some truly fantastic movies but they are all eclipsed by this show. The acting, action, writing and quality of each episode is to be praised. Can't recommend this show enough and only £9.99

What can be said about "Marvel's Daredevil" that hasn't been said already? You may have been told that it's brilliantly written, superbly cast and wonderfully directed, but you might not be aware of the sheer quality of what's up on screen. Thought and care has gone into every frame, to the point where yellow light seeps into the room, as if Hell's Kitchen is actually engulfed in flames. Yet you might not notice this, as it's only a subtle addition to a larger work of art. It's dark, but never for the sake of being dark - dashes of humour here and there convince you that these are real people in these situations. The writers intertwine the paths of the titular hero and his nemesis to the point that they are two sides of the same coin. And as Charlie Cox wipes away any memory of Ben Affleck in his portrayal of Matt Murdock, Vincent D'Onofrio humanises Wilson Fisk into a foe who's as sympathetic as he is terrifying. If you want to see a darker side to the Marvel Cinematic Universe, you can do no better than the Man Without Fear.

As in its properly violent. That's not what makes it so good though. Good writing, acting etc. Is why this works so well. Worth the small price.

Now this is how Daredevil should be done, though it isn't for those who are squeamish. The action is fantastic, especially the one take corridor scene. It's well cast, and well written.
