India. Home to two of Guy Martin's biggest loves - tea and motorcycles. In this adventurous series, daredevil Guy Martin is embarking on a 1000 mile, two week trip around the sub-continent, swapping the normal hire cars and excursions for a classic Royal Enfield motorcycle he buys from Delhi's biggest bike market. Guy's adventures take him from Himalayan tea plantations to the tropical beaches of Goa - along the way he finds himself riding with an Indian biker gang, visiting a 60 year-old mother of five tyre fitter, clambering to the top of India's tallest building and teaching a group of youngsters in Asia's biggest slum. His trip comes to an end at India's "Rider Mania" - where he hopes his bike will be in a good enough state to race against 5,000 other bikers. Could it be the crowning glory of his trip? Or the biggest embarrassment of his life...
