I thought it would be a little more than just watching a Skype call on a laptop with slow movement. But no, it was just watching from the POV of someone's laptop screen and it was boring! The storyline is good and meaningful and did scare me, it definitely caught my attention, but watching it through a Skype call for two hours? No thanks.

Such a rubbish film! I'm a big fan of horrors and couldn't wait to see this watched this with my friend and I was so disappointed it was not scary at all😑 it was more upsetting than scary😑 wouldn't recommend to anyone

This film is good, it is tense and it is actually scary, i enjoyed this being my hooror movie for halloween. However, there are a few problems with it, the last few minues are tense but just loads of jumpscares and you see Laura, that didn't work for me as most of the films tension had been built around what you don't see. Another problem is the format, the idea of having it on all take place on a laptop screen is great (by the way dont watch this on a tv, watch it on a laptop, you get a way better experience), however, there are moments when something will come up on the screen and the video chat tab will show her reaction to it, to me that felt a bit forced and gimmicky because the film felt like you were in there and that it is your screen. My final complaint is that surprisingly, you should buy the film in HD, there are moments when she types a reply then deletes it before posting, on SD, you can only see the reply once it has been posted. But overall this film is pretty good, i had a good time with it.
