  • My Favourite Movie

This is one of Christopher Nolan’s best movies just pipping Dark Knight Trilogy and and Tenet to the post. This is my goto movie whenever I start getting anxiety attacks or on my iPad when I’m on transport going somewhere like my parents. The whole movie is shot beautifully and the dialogue between all cast is great. The concept of a black hole being placed in Space and travelling to it was genius. I’m interested in Space & The Universe so obviously this movie appealed to me so much due to the concept plus it had Nolan attached to it. The casting was great too from McKenzie Foy to Matthew McConaughey. If you love Space/Universe stuff and like a few head scratches watching a movie this is very highly recommended. You’ll watch it more than once !
  • If there was a sixth star, this film deserves it

This is arguably the best sci-fi film ever made in my opinion. I’ve watched it at least 5 times from start to finish and every time I enjoy it more and more. The depth to the film is incredible and really blows my mind. Add to that an amazing performance from McConaughey and a superb score by Hans Zimmer and you’ve got a top 10 film.

I know this film has been out for years but I don’t tend to watch these super natural ones, didn’t realise Mathew was the star role, turns out it’s a great film and can’t wait to watch again in the next few days

Missed in the cinema but several viewings later you really do get a sense this is his finest work. That soundtrack is what makes this film, acting and cinematography and the edits also top notch.

5 stars for the film itself, but the IMAX scenes on the iTunes version are cropped and not how the director intended them to be shown.
  • A mind blowingly boring film

Complicated, slow scientifically deep meaning...watching a 124 year old man watch his dying daughter speak her last words .....er no thanks......I’ve watched this twice now and hated it both times..... I’d rather jump off a bridge than watch this again.

The film brings drama... And a lot of it. Without spoiling the film ill just say that I didn't see ending being worthy of hearing a tear, and I'm a 35 y/o bloke. The ”villain” of the film was just meh, and I'm sure there was a director cut that would clarify that but even without those few mins of that - film would get five full stars, now it's a 4.5 😆

This goes for any of Chris Nolan’s movies on iTunes; if you really care about the best quality/true to the directors vision go for the 4K discs; the iTunes versions crop the imax scenes and are of much inferior quality & I say this as somebody that normally raves about the quality of iTunes 4K
