This film is the best one I have seen on iTunes for this category. The reasons why are the storyline is brilliant and keeps the viewer wanting more, the actors are professional and even though the film is in a different language you can still understand what is happening with the subtitles. I would definitely recommend this film to viewers.

This is not just a film about two gay boys, it is a wonderful portrait of two teenagers falling in love for the first time. Everyone can identify themselves in the storyline. The actors express their emotions so beautifully, not with many words, but with their laughter, facial expressions, body language, a joy to watch!

This movie is a beautiful sensitive masterpiece. The two boys are so incredible believable that one almost wishes that they were a couple in real life. Perfect! Highly recommended.

Dutch LGBT filmmakers just know their craft and "Boys" is another wonderful example of how beautiful their work is. Bavo Defurne paved the way with "North Sea, Texas" which is a film that speaks volumes through it's cinematography alone and "Boys" works the same way. Mischa Kamp did an excellent job of capturing the essence of Sieger's and Marc's story. It is by no means a ground-breaking new story in the LGBT film world but the way it's told is just stunning and keeps you glued to the screen. The cinematography is absolutely beautiful and the cast does a stellar job portraying these amazing characters. The ending is a little unexpected cause it's so different to what we normally get to see in LGBT films which makes "Boys" all the more refreshing and worth your time for sure!

Yes, this is a coming-Of-Age film, but this has an allure to the genre. Brilliantly written, directed, and acted. It is touching, and well worth watching!

One of ‘the’ best coming of age films I’ve seen. The main cast are brilliant getting quickly pulled into their world. Made me remember and reflect on my own experiences of first love, acceptance and coming out. Great to see an LGBT themed coming of age film on iTunes.

Desperately searching iTunes for something to watch I came across this. The reviews sold it to me and they were right. Its a Dutch TV film that deserves a wider audience. A lovely and believable film.

Stunningly beautiful and tender. I can’t get it out of my head. Makes me happy and sad at the same time. The cast is wonderful, heart wrenchingly loveable. Combines the un happy fact that so many people still have to juggle coming out and falling in love in the mine filed of acceptance of not only themselves but society. This film is wonderful, watch it and then watch it again!
